Join us for the Peaceful Mamas workshop where we reflect on the mama we want to be, know we can be, but don’t always have the tools and time to actually be.
To be at peace in our parenting, we need to feel at peace within ourselves.
We’ll learn about self-compassion to accept ourselves where we are now and mindfulness and positivity to move us along with more intention.
In the day-to-day busyness and demands, we can lose ourselves. As we reconnect inside, we tap into our own inner knowledge that is there to guide us through our challenges and toward the fulfillment and happiness we desire in our parenting and in life.
The only real expert when it comes to parenting is you.
It will be a calming and uplifting evening of self-care. We’ll learn tools to find that inner peace with only a few moments a day by incorporating:
- Mindfulness – To be present and aware.
- Self-compassion – Accepting where we are with kindness.
- Positivity – To see the goodness in our experiences and attract more abundance into our life.
We’ll learn how all the different areas of our life: health, abundance, work, relationships, and spirituality contribute to our overall wellbeing and contentment in parenting. If one area is lacking or out of alignment, the other areas feel it.
Through visualization and reflection, we’ll take some to assess our level of well-being in all these areas, set intention for where we want to be, and simple steps to make a shift in consciousness.
