Mindfulness is about three Attention Skills: Concentration Power, Sensory Clarity and Equanimity, all working together. Once you know how to harness and focus your attention—to live fully “in-the-moment”—you can awaken your innate ability for happiness, no matter what life throws your way.

Whether you are seeking better health, greater productivity or creativity, stress reduction, more connected and fulfilling relationships. Mindfulness gives you the focus and prioritization to make really profound changes and to tune into yourself to find the answers you seek.

I am not here to give you the answers. They only come from within you. Everything you need is within you.

I am here to guide you and teach you skills and techniques to get to a place where you can find more clarity, purpose, fulfillment, and the innate happiness that is within you. I help you create the space to find what you are seeking.

About Unified Mindfulness

The Unified Mindfulness System is an innovative form of mindfulness training developed by Shinzen Young. The unique system has gained the research interests of Harvard University, Brown University,  University of Vermont,  University of New Mexico, and Carnegie Melon University.
